Terms of Service

1. The service

MedGlow provides software that generates AI-simulated treatment previews, captures consultation leads, and produces branded content for medical-aesthetics practices ("the Service"). By creating an account or embedding the widget, you agree to these terms on behalf of your practice.

2. Previews are simulations

AI previews are illustrative visualizations only. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of treatment results. You (the clinic) are responsible for how previews are presented to patients, for complying with the advertising rules of your medical board and jurisdiction, and for keeping the built-in simulation disclaimers visible. You must not remove, crop, or obscure the disclaimer label on generated images.

3. Patient photos and consent

You may only submit photos you have the right to use. When patients use the widget on your website, the widget collects their consent before processing. When you use in-clinic consult mode, you are responsible for obtaining the patient's consent. Photo handling and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly AI-preview allocation; generation pauses when the allocation is used and resumes the next month.
• New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. There are no cancellation fees.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to process photos of anyone without their consent, to generate deceptive marketing (including presenting simulations as real treatment outcomes), to violate advertising or healthcare regulations, or to probe, overload, or abuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for treatment decisions, patient outcomes, or your regulatory compliance.

7. Termination and changes

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: hello@medglow.io.
